APS Arosio Extrusion and Emmebi have joined forces to implement EVISION in the Mariano del Friuli headquarters. A synergy work that integrated the innovative packaging system with the existing one, in order to obtain a fully automated work station.
The arrival of the robots and their installation were the first step; subsequently there was the implementation of the extraordinary EVISION technology and its software structure. EVISION technology, in fact, is unique, not only in Italy, but in the world and makes APS Arosio Extrusion at the forefront of the sector.
Thanks to the scanning and recognition of the shape previously loaded into the system, the software identifies the shape and type of extruded profiles arriving. Once the profile has been recognized, the program explores the different possible packaging configurations. The robots then check the receipt of the extrusions, optimize their positioning and carry out the partial packing, moving the bundle to the final packing.
